AAKHIR KAB TAK focuses on the internal conflicts within the character of Dr. Haykal. Although he tries to save Afsal, he does so at the cost of his own life.
Throughout the television drama, we learn that Dr. Haykal repeatedly tries to escape the scene of an unfortunate accident in which he attempts to kill his staff.
Eventually, he realizes that he must sacrifice himself so that the hospital can be opened.
